At Your Social Liaison, we provide social media engagement services designed to increase your brand’s visibility and drive organic growth through repeated interactions with key audience segments. Our services are fulfilled digitally, with no physical goods shipped. We initiate services upon receipt of payment and setup fees. Monthly services are carried out consistently throughout the month, ensuring engagement with your target audience, as detailed in your service agreement.
Clients may cancel their services with Your Social Liaison by providing a 30-day written notice. Cancellations must be sent via email or through written communication to our business address. Please note that cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and services will continue through that period.
Upon cancellation, all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the cancellation date are due immediately. Failure to provide timely notice of cancellation may result in continued billing for the next service period.
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. All payments made for setup fees and monthly services are final. Once services have been initiated for the billing period, no refunds or credits will be issued. By agreeing to our service terms, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
Our services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payments are processed on the first of each month via autopay. If you have any questions regarding billing or payments, please contact us before the next billing cycle begins.
